Improving Sleep
This FREE e-learning course has been developed in partnership by The Cellar Trust and MyWellbeing College to provide an introduction to sleep. The course aims to help individuals gain a better understanding about the benefits of good sleep as well as examining common sleep problems. Practical suggestions for improving sleep are provided as well as information about further help and support that is available.
