This FREE e-learning course has been developed in partnership by The Cellar Trust and MyWellbeing College to provide an introduction to stress. The course focuses on understanding the effects of stress and how it can influence the way we think, feel and behave and provides tips and advice about how to manage and control stress as well as information about further help and support.
