This FREE two part e-learning course is aimed at managers and senior leaders and builds upon the content covered in the ‘Wellbeing at Work – A Guide for Employees’ training. It provides additional information for supporting and managing staff wellbeing in the workplace including spotting the warning signs of poor mental wellbeing and outlines roles and responsibilities within an organisation.
We advise completing the ‘Wellbeing at Work – A Guide for Employees’ course prior to enrolling on this course.
